 ऋणपत्र भनेकाे के हाे ? 

ऋण पूँजीलाई पनि शेयर पूँजीजस्तै साना साना इकाईमा विभाजन गरिएको हुन्छ जसलाई ऋणपत्र (Debenture) भनिन्छ । ऋणपत्र कम्पनीले ऋणदाताहरुलाई दिने लिखित प्रतिज्ञा पत्र हो जसलाई निस्चित व्याजदर तथा परिपक्क अवधिका साथै अंकित मूल्य तथा अन्य आवश्यक शर्तहरु उल्लेख गरिएको हुन्छ । 

(A debenture is a loan certificate issued by the company to its holder acknowledging that it borrowed loan from the holder with a promise to pay certain rate of interest annually and the principle at the time of maturity.)

ऋणपत्रका विशेषताहरु (Features of Debenture)

(क) लिखित पत्र (Written Form )

(ख) व्याजदार (Interest Rate)

(ग) परिपक्क अवधि (Maturity Period)

(घ) रकम फिर्ता ( Return Amount)
